Baked Maple-Mustard Salmon
 
Preparation:
Pre-heat oven to 425-degrees. Line baking sheet with foil and lightly spray with cooking spray.

Variation: Add 1 tsp. Chipotle Adobo sauce to syrup and mustard mixture.
Ingredients:
  • 3 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
  • 3 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
  • Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 4 (6oz.) salmon fillets
  • Cooking spray
Directions:
  • Whisk together the first three ingredients in a small bowl.
  • Rinse and pat dry salmon. Spray with cooking spray.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Brush with glaze and bake in pre-heated oven for approximately 10 minutes per inch thickness of fish or until fish flakes with fork. Brush with additional glaze half way through cooking time.
