Butter Baked Steelhead
 
Preparation:
Pre-heat oven to 400-degrees. Line baking sheet with foil and lightly spray with cooking spray.
Ingredients:
  • 4 trout fillets
  • Cooking spray
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 tsp. smoked paprika
  • 1/2 onion powder
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onion
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Directions:
  • Rinse and pat dry fish.
  • Place on baking sheet.
  • Drizzle melted butter over fish fillets and rub to coat well.
  • Combine salt, black pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika and onion powder in small bowl.
  • Sprinkle over fish fillets. Top each fillet with chopped green onion and lemon juice.
  • Bake in pre-heated oven for approximately 10 minutes per inch thickness of fish or until fish flakes with fork.
