Ginger Teriyaki Salmon
 
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 Cup of Teriyaki Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 2 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon lime zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon 5 Spice Powder
Directions:
  • Combine all marinade ingredients in 1 quart bowl and blend well using wire whisk
  • Generously apply marinade to each side of the salmon filets and then place the salmon filets in plastic bag for 30-60 minutes to marinate
  • Heat non-stick skillet
  • Add wok oil to skillet and heat until fragrant
  • Add Salmon Filets rounded side down to skillet leaving at least 1 in space between them
  • Cook 4-5 minutes until deep golden brown and turn. Cook 3-4 additional minutes
